Job summary

Aramark, Propel360, is seeking a Manager of Business Development for the Corrections East Region. This remote sales leadership role drives new accounts and revenue growth through strategic outreach and networks of organizational leaders.

You will manage the full sales process from contact to proposal, build collaborative relationships, and lead territory development with cross-functional teams. Expect 50%+ travel and a compensation plan with base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of high-end strategic selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Demonstrate ability to think, plan and sell strategically with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic selling initiatives and territory development.
• Develop client-focused proposals and presentations to win new accounts.
