Transamerica is hiring for a Regional Vice President - Annuities (S NJ & DE) with a remote work setup in the United States. The role requires extensive travel, strong sales leadership, and FINRA licensing. You will drive new business and maintain adviser relationships across a defined territory.

The position emphasizes in-person meetings, product knowledge, and collaboration with internal wholesalers, with a base salary guidance and potential bonuses as part of compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• Five years of sales experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63, and life insurance/variable products licenses in state of residence.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient using technology.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business and maintain existing relationships by conducting in-person sales meetings.
• Provide advisers with up-to-date information on products and business-building ideas.
• Reach out to prospective advisers within market to grow sales and market share.
• Manage business in partnership with Internal Wholesaler.
• Allocate resources provided by Transamerica Capital, Inc.
• Attend national and regional sales meetings, trainings and conferences as required.
• Stay compliant with company rules, and stay current on products.
