Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with regional leadership and HR to create regional recruiting plans for cafe positions. You will develop sourcing strategies, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and lead the regional Sourcing Specialist to meet staffing goals.

You will collaborate with RVP and HRM, ensuring efficient hiring processes, strong candidate experiences, and alignment with Panera’s retail business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education level: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years restaurant or retail recruiting preferred.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting tech; Workday & Phenom a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure quality and quantity of candidates.
• Monitor staffing and provide guidance to address hiring needs.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, and interviewing to ensure high-quality candidates.
• Lead regional Sourcing Specialist and provide direction.
• Align TA processes with Panera’s retail business goals.
• Partner with RVP, HRM, and TA team to drive regional plans.
