Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support restaurant leadership. You will lead Restaurant Manager searches, facilitate internal interviews for regional leaders, and build regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership.

The role focuses on staffing across hourly and management levels and requires shaping talent strategies in partnership with HRBPs and COEs. You will engage with field leaders to drive applicant flow, coach managers on best practices, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders through effective communication.
• Results-driven with ability to execute short and long-term projects.
• Demonstrated ability to be a change agent and work with cross-functional/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership.
• Develop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership.
• Lead hourly recruiting efforts across the region and support staffing strategies.
• Coach leaders and advocate for staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience best practices.
• Partner with HRBP and COEs to implement market-specific recruitment strategies.
