Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of power delivery engineering principles and codes.
• Experience with transmission and distribution projects at utility scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering of distribution/transmission projects up to 138kV.
• Lead initial project execution layout and establish an efficient project plan.
• Create and maintain a project schedule; conduct regular meetings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on status and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Travel to client offices or field sites as needed.
