Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee and optimize operational performance across a designated region. You will manage project deliverables and develop high-performing teams to ensure successful execution from scope through completion.

The role requires guiding multiple project teams, implementing robust PM strategies, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs while aligning with customer expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in deliverables management for complex projects.
• Extensive experience in leading project teams and coaching.
• Strong expertise in PM methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience in project scope development and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or PM; Master’s preferred; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple regional project teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement project management strategies for on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Define and refine project scopes with stakeholders and ensure alignment with goals.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and optimize resources.
• Oversee stakeholder communication and regional resource planning.
