The role supports 400+ Fellows and 100+ Host Partners with timecard approval, reimbursements, and financial reporting while also overseeing onboarding workflows and compliance.

Strong remote-work skills are essential. The position demands a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in program or operations administration, with experience in nonprofit or AmeriCorps contexts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in program or operations administration, finance, compliance, onboarding, or HR support.
• Experience coordinating with Fellows, host partners, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and remote-work communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own fellowship timecard approval and reporting for 400+ fellows.
• Manage reimbursements and coordinate timely processing with accuracy.
• Prepare and submit financial reports by deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for 400+ fellows annually.
• Support audits with organized records and documentation.
• Guide Fellows and Hosts, conduct monthly virtual check-ins and visits.
