Allegion plc is seeking a Regional Services Sales Manager for Stanley Access Technologies, Remote East Coast. Leverage 5+ years of field sales or account management to grow service contracts and drive new business.

This role offers a flexible remote setup with periodic on-site visits, travel up to 30%, SAP and Salesforce.com experience, and collaboration with local teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in field-based sales or account management.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com (SFDC) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers.
• Onboard and train new reps; ongoing mentoring.
• Develop relationships with local reps and customers in an assigned geographic area for growth.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve customer service and revenue.
• Forecast sales and targets for service contracts and growth.
• Maintain product knowledge and market trends; identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create training materials for the sales team.
• Leverage marketing and cross-business networking to exceed goals.
• Travel up to 30% in assigned region.
