• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge across product portfolios.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to provide superior service.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop technical service representatives within the region.
• Provide technical service to support product applications at customer sites.
• Maintain expenses within budget and develop service plans to grow market share.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to support large opportunities.
• Report and document findings, communicate with customers, and advise on improvements.
