Ecowize USA in St. Cloud, Minnesota is seeking a Sanitation Area Manager to oversee multiple sites within a designated central region.

You will lead Site Managers, drive safety and food quality standards, and ensure compliant service delivery across facilities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 7+ years in sanitation leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in food manufacturing sanitation and production.
• Familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.
• Safety leadership with knowledge of LOTO and HAZCOM.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for leadership across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; adaptable to new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation operations across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant service.
• Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing teams aligned with safety and food quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance) to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure readiness for audits and support corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, labor usage, and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement.
