Job summary

Ecowize North America is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee sanitation operations across multiple sites within a region. You’ll report to a Division Manager or VP of Operations, guide Site Managers, and support frontline teams to meet safety, compliance, and performance standards.

This fast-paced leadership role emphasizes stabilizing operations, building client trust, and elevating team performance while coordinating with client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in sanitation or food manufacturing leadership.
• Deep knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.
• Safety leadership experience with LOTO, HAZCOM, and PPE standards.
• Bilingual capability in Spanish and English required for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on demand by filling in as Area Manager when needed.
• Lead operations at new client sites to ensure ramp-up, compliance readiness, and team engagement.
• Coach Site Managers to drive safe, effective, and efficient sanitation operations.
• Oversee GMP/SSOP compliance and audit preparation; support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with client leadership, engineering, QA, HR, and finance to align goals and execution.
• Monitor labor use, budgets, and KPIs to deliver strong operational and financial results.
• Share best practices across accounts and help implement region-wide standards.
