Job summary

Ecowize USA is hiring a Regional Support Manager to lead sanitation operations across multiple sites in our designated region. You will coach site leaders, ensure compliance with GMPs and USDA/FDA standards, and partner with clients to drive safety and performance.

This role requires 7+ years in sanitation leadership, fluency in Spanish/English, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 80% is possible within the region, with flexible scheduling and a focus on

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sanitation or food manufacturing leadership.
• Deep knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, and Master Sanitation Programs.
• Safety leadership with LOTO, HAZCOM, and PPE standards.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for effective team leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; open to learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on demand across multiple sites and regions when needed.
• Lead operations at new client sites, ensuring ramp-up and compliance readiness.
• Coach and support Site Managers to drive safe, effective sanitation operations.
• Oversee GMP/SSOP/USDA-FDA compliance and audit readiness; support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with client leadership, engineering, QA, HR, and finance to align goals.
• Monitor labor, budgets, and KPIs to deliver strong operational and financial results.
• Share best practices across accounts and implement region-wide standards.
