• Familiar with USDA/FDA regulations and Master Sanitation Programs.
• Proficient in safety protocols including LOTO and HAZCOMM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations across multiple facilities.
• Coach Site Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with teams to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure readiness for audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation.
