Job summary

Orascoptic is seeking a Regional Sales Support Representative to drive growth in the North America market by generating qualified sales appointments and supporting field sales at events. The RSSR will handle outbound lead generation, funnel management, and coordination for trade shows and education events, while traveling up to 75% across the US.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer-facing roles with strong communication, data accuracy, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience with customer interaction and engagement.
• Inside or outside sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads via CRM and set quality appointments for Field Sales Reps.
• Maintain open communication with field sales team for seamless lead handoffs.
• Meet with manager to review KPIs.
• Create new sales opportunities through in-person cold calling, social media, and prospecting.
• Maintain high conversion from lead to appointment.
• Learn to sell, take custom measurements for loupes and headlights.
• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows and education events.
• Provide coverage for open territories.
• Make outbound calls to support funnel management.
• Provide pre- and post-sales consultations over phone and in person.
