Zusammenfassung

Ameritas seeks a Group Regional Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents and insurance professionals to meet sales goals in the Tennessee territory. This remote role covers Tennessee with ideal candidates located in Nashville or Memphis.

You will focus on selling Dental, Vision and Hearing employee benefit products, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing from sale to issuance, and drive new opportunities with brokers while managing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to learn insurance and financial services products.
• Demonstrated leadership with internal and external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Licensure in Life/Health required within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain multiple business relationships to meet sales goals within the Tennessee territory.
• Understand Ameritas group products and the broker/client ecosystem.
• Support new sales initiatives to grow existing products or develop new offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process sales from sale to issuance.
• Identify and secure new customer opportunities with brokers in the territory.
• Manage the inforce book to generate upsell opportunities with existing clients.
• Build and maintain producer relationships through product knowledge and service excellence.
