Gore’s PharmBIO team seeks a Regional Sales & New Business Development Manager to drive growth in life sciences by securing new business, expanding applications, and converting opportunities across pharma, biotech, CDMO, and medical device customers.

The role is remote-based, with 50–75% travel for customer engagement and periodic trips to Elkton, Maryland, to align with sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Compensation ranges from $120k to $150k and includes Day 1 benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in high-growth field sales or BD in pharma/biotech/medical device/CDMO markets.
• Experience leading pricing and commercial negotiations for complex, global supply agreements.
• Proven ability to create and convert sales pipeline and drive territory revenue.
• Strong consultative selling across multi-stakeholder environments and discuss with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecast accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute growth-focused territory and account plans for new business.
• Identify and convert net-new customers and opportunities through outbound engagement.
• Engage multi-level stakeholders to uncover needs and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to accelerate growth.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate CRM documentation.
• Own forecasting accuracy and close gaps.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations within guardrails.
• Capture VOC and drive improvements with teams.
• Drive Lean/GBS tools to improve territory planning and execution.
• Model Gore's culture of curiosity and inclusion with customers and suppliers.
