Job summary

Amplity seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives within a defined US region. The RBM drives sales execution, ensures compliance, recruits talent, and contributes to product planning and marketing initiatives.

The role includes building regional plans, coordinating training, and using data analytics to optimize performance. Travel of 50%–100% is expected, with base compensation between $145,000 and $170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• 2+ years specialty sales in Endocrinology, Men's Health, Women's Health or Hormone Therapy preferred.
• 2+ years specialty Pharmacy and Managed Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales reps to meet and exceed quotas.
• Recruit, staff and optimize regional coverage.
• Maintain compliance with CSO/Amneal policies, PDMA/OIG and PhRMA Code.
• Develop regional tactical plans and monitor execution.
• Participate in national management discussions and business planning.
