Job summary

Dormotech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Sleep Diagnostics to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and execute our commercial strategy in the U.S. remote territory. The role requires consultative selling of medical devices and a proactive approach to building a new market footprint.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical device or diagnostic sales, a background in sleep medicine or diagnostics, and a proven quota track record. Up to 60% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of medical device or diagnostic sales experience.
• Sleep medicine or sleep diagnostics experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to develop new territories and build relationships with customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Residence near a major metropolitan airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Identify, prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Expand utilization and revenue within existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with physicians, sleep centers, health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Represent Dormotech at local and regional conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
