Job summary
Natus Medical is seeking a Product Manager to own the positioning, strategy, and market success of the Sleep Diagnostics portfolio. This global role connects customer needs, clinical insights, technology, and commercial strategy to bring meaningful products to market and maximize impact throughout the lifecycle.
You will drive NPI from Gate 1 through Gate 6, shape Global Market Plans, translate market needs into compelling product launches, and collaborate with teams across North America,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare; MBA preferred.
- RPSGT Certification.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing within the healthcare/medical device industry.
- Demonstrated success in product launches and commercialization.
- Proven experience in product management within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance within the healthcare/medical device industry.
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning and success of Sleep Diagnostics products.
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) through Gates 1-6.
- Develop global market plans for product launches.
- Incorporate VOC insights into product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Balance market needs with regulatory and technical constraints.
