Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle to drive regional commercial execution and grow distributor partnerships within an defined geography. This remote role reports to the Area VP, Sales - Foot & Ankle and requires leadership of sales reps and DP engagement.

You will manage funnel, forecast accuracy, and drive inventory efficiency while coordinating regional training and surgeon engagement events. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR-based selling, surgeon engagement, and distributor-based sales models.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Sales Representatives and partner with Distributor Partners to align on priorities.
• Drive funnel management, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
• Oversee regional inventory, loaner usage, and consignment placements.
• Coordinate cadaver labs, journal clubs, in-services, and surgeon education programs.
• Identify opportunities for new account contracts, pricing agreements, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, MedEd, Operations, and Customer Service to support customers.
