Job summary

SAERTEX, a global leader in multiaxial non-crimp fabrics, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Canada territory. This fully remote role involves 70–75% travel, primarily across Canada, with some travel to the Huntersville, NC office as needed.

You’ll leverage technical expertise to drive consultative sales, build partnerships, and grow market share in aerospace, automotive, wind energy, and more. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver innovative

Qualifications

3+ years in composites or industrial manufacturing.
Experience in technical or consultative sales required.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within the Canada territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative approach.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
Monitor customer satisfaction, inventory needs and cross-selling.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Production.
Educate customers on new products and enhancements.
Represent SAERTEX at trade shows and industry events.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
