Job summary

SAERTEX seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Canada territory, offering a remote role with heavy travel (70–75%). You will be the trusted technical advisor, grow sales, and foster long-term client partnerships across aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver innovative composite solutions, while building strategic plans and managing multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in composites or industrial manufacturing sales.
• Experience in technical or consultative sales and advising customers.
• Able to develop strategic sales plans and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Canada customers as Regional Sales Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Production to ensure customer success.
• Represent SAERTEX at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
