Job summary

Just Sales Jobs in Canada seeks a Business Development Manager – Composite Materials to drive new business across Ontario, Manitoba and BC. You will sell carbon fibre, glass fibre, aramid fibre and related composite reinforcement materials to manufacturers, with a focus on new accounts and field-based activity.

The role offers a base salary of CAD 80,000–90,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with uncapped upside and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Outside sales experience and field-based selling evident.
• Valid driver’s licence and vehicle required.
• Experience selling composite materials is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a prospect pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in assigned Canadian territory.
• Present technical product solutions and provide quotes.
• Manage pipeline, set priorities, and close deals with owners and directors.
• Collaborate with owners to tailor specifications and pricing.
• Travel as needed within Ontario, Manitoba and BC.
