Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest regions. This home-office role leads Dealer Account Managers, coaches teams, and drives market growth across a dynamic auto-finance landscape.

You will recruit, train, and manage outside sales reps, develop dealer relationships, and set ambitious sales goals. Regular travel and a hands-on leadership style are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
• Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
• Must live in Northern California or Pacific Northwest region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance
• Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives
• Develop dealer relationships and sell company products and services
• Establish sales goals and action plans, and hold the team accountable
• Monitor performance through coaching, reporting, and follow-up
• Build relationships with dealers and resolve concerns
• Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition
• Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events
• Travel regularly within the territory to support the team and growth
• Perform other duties as assigned
