Westlake Financial seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead Dealer Account Managers across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This hands-on leader will coach, recruit, train, and drive dealer growth while traveling regularly in the region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in external sales management, a business bachelor's, and a strong background in automotive, finance, and sales. Full-time with a remote-friendly setup and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience leading a team of 15-20 reps.
• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across the Northern California and Pacific Northwest region.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth.
