Qualifications
- 5+ years of external sales management experience
- Proven experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and sales software
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive performance
- Manage outside sales teams across Northern California and Pacific Northwest
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives
- Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services
- Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results
- Travel regularly to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth
