Ascend Clinical, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Water) to drive sales of laboratory water-testing services across the Southeast United States. This remote role emphasizes building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratories, and growing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in U.S. healthcare or laboratory sales, a strong understanding of water testing regulations, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Competenze

• 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management in the hospital or laboratory space within the U.S.
• Strong understanding of water testing laboratory services and regulatory requirements (EPA, ISO, AAMI, TNI).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, industry meetings and events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated negotiation skills

Mansioni

• Sell laboratory water testing services to hospitals, specialized laboratories, clinics, outpatient centers, and other partners in the U.S. and potentially abroad
• Establish and maintain client relationships at appropriate levels; generate qualified opportunities via cold calling, leads, networking, and partnerships
• Showcase Ascend Clinical’s capabilities and differentiate from competitors
• Create and evaluate quotations; manage RFP processes when required
• Input business plans on market vision through desk research (legislation, demand, trends, competitor analysis)
• Maintain face-to-face contact with customers and develop multi-level relationships
• Forecast pipeline accurately and manage opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue opportunities and support other departments
• Own accountability for delivering client needs on time
