Job summary

CSG Talent seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and market development for slurry and non-slurry lines in Nevada and nearby regions, including parts of California and Utah. You will manage and expand the existing sales representative network and drive growth in mining and related industrial segments.

You will develop regional strategies, manage budgets, forecast markets, and ensure coverage of active mining accounts, head offices, contractors and engineering firms.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining/utility markets.
• Strong network with Nevada mines.
• Background in slurry pumps and fluids handling.
• Experience selling through representatives/distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure effective and motivated regional sales network.
• Develops and controls the regional budget.
• Provide market forecasts and reports for the region.
• Ensure coverage of mining markets with growth potential.
• Manage all regional sales, including end users, offices, contractors.
• Expand partnerships with sales reps and customers (blanket orders, stock programs).
• Follow up on quotations to pursue closures and use company tools.
• Serve as the technical slurry pumping specialist in the area.
