Job summary

ITT Habonim is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives remotely, with preferred location in Pennsylvania. The role requires 5+ years in regional sales, plus a technical background in ball valves and actuators.

You will lead direct and partner-driven sales cycles, manage a multi-faceted pipeline, and collaborate with engineering to deliver competitive solutions. You will engage distributors, EPCs, and end customers, ensuring post-sale continuity and strong customer

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
Engineering background or technical background in the process industry.
Experience working with global corporations is a plus.
Knowledge of ball valves and actuators is a plus.
Professional communication and strong sales skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead direct and indirect (via partners) sales cycles for complex projects and products.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, EPCs, integrators, and end customers.
Coordinate with engineering/R&D teams to tailor technically competitive solutions.
Prepare quotations and bids; drive orders and after-sales support.
Analyze market segments and customer needs to expand Habonim’s footprint.
