Job summary

Elevate, a division under Amrize, seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share and profit growth for the East region. You will oversee independent sales reps across New England and surrounding states, promoting Elevate’s roofing products and ensuring successful execution of sales plans.

The role requires strategic planning, forecasting, and collaboration with leadership to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets.
• Create an accurate regional forecast and provide meaningful insights into performance.
• Lead and manage Sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to ensure execution of strategy.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Operations to hit revenue and market share goals.
• Participate in regional sales meetings, customer events, and large project closures.
