good2grow LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a network of independent direct store delivery distributors in the Boston area. The role focuses on executing business plans, expanding store presence, and driving market share growth across MA and nearby states.

You will manage forecasts, budgets, and distributor relationships while mentoring a team of field personnel. Travel up to 50% is required in a field-based role from home offices and distributor sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of sales, (CPG industry preferred), merchandising, direct store delivery, or supplier sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Skilled at presenting in front of groups
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Executes business plans to attain targets by leading distributors to drive annual performance.
• Penetrates levels of the DSD network and manages distributor relationships.
• Owns territory P&L and delivers volume and market share objectives.
• Conducts monthly/quarterly business reviews with distributors.
• Maintains accurate sales forecasting for assigned geography and customers.
• Supports distributor training and field presentations.
• Develops larger/local chains and expands market presence.
• Travel up to 50% and manage 3rd party broker resources when needed.
• Coaches and develops staff with performance reviews and development plans.
