Job summary

good2grow LLC is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive sales with independent distributors across the assigned region. This remote role requires regional travel and strategic development of local and larger chains to expand market share.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to advance good2grow sales and develop new accounts while managing distributor relationships and executing store-level objectives. A proactive, detail-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of sales, merchandising, direct store delivery, or supplier sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% regionally by car and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributors in the assigned region to achieve annual business objectives using Distributor Management practices.
• Participate in distributor trainings, meetings, and ride-alongs with field teams.
• Provide concise post-ride-along notes and follow-ups after store visits.
• Use VIP Karma app to track and execute store visits and audits.
• Communicate with distributor influencers on promotions, distribution opportunities, and scorecard execution.
• Develop larger and local chains and expand the independent market presence.
