MAPEI Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Concrete Admixtures covering NC/SC. The role focuses on leading a sales team, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue within the designated region.

Formación

• External sales experience with a proven track record in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive regional sales by managing representatives and executing strategic sales plans.
• Sell products through distribution channels and directly to trained contractors.
• Develop forecasts, set sales goals, and oversee market analyses for pricing strategies.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and channel development activities.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to key clients and prospects.
• Identify and develop new distribution and client opportunities for market penetration.
• Maintain client relationships, support negotiations, and close deals.
• Monitor market needs, competitors, and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Represent MAPEI at trade shows and industry meetings.
• Monitor regional expenditures and ensure budget alignment.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety standards.
