MAPEI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Concrete Admixtures in NC/SC to lead the regional sales team and drive growth. You will manage representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and build strong client relationships with contractors and distributors.

The role requires external sales experience, market knowledge, a valid driver’s license for territory travel, and a bachelor’s degree (or GED). Competitive salary with discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• External sales experience in construction materials or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of regional market and industry dynamics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Drive regional sales by managing representatives and executing strategic sales plans.
• Sell MAPEI products through distribution channels and directly to trained contractors.
• Develop forecasts, set sales goals, and oversee market analyses to determine pricing and strategies.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and channel development activities.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to key clients and prospects.
• Identify and develop new distribution and client opportunities for market penetration.
