Job summary

Cox Automotive Retail Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive VinSolutions product sales to franchise car dealerships across Northern California Bay Area, Utah, and Nevada. This remote role requires extensive travel (70%+), with priority for Northern California Bay Area residents.

You will build strategic relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers, meet revenue targets, and use Challenger-based and consultative selling to close complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 75% in the assigned territory.
• Experience with automotive software or dealership software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell VinSolutions products to franchise car dealerships.
• Meet or exceed revenue sales goals as set by the region/division.
• Build trusted relationships with dealership decision-makers and primary contacts.
• Travel frequently (70% or more) within designated territories to backfill and develop new and existing dealers.
