Job summary

CND Life Sciences in Scottsdale, AZ, is hiring a Regional Sales Executive for the Northern California/PacWest region. This remote role focuses on driving adoption of Syn-One test products and educating clinicians across neurology practices.

You will develop territory plans, train providers, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with Clinical Services and Medical Affairs to meet sales goals. Expect travel up to 50% and a dynamic startup environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, including at least 3 years in medical sales to clinicians or clinical teams.
• Preferred experience in clinical neurology sales and/or market, with existing relationships with neurology practices within the assigned territory.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets, with added consideration for candidates experienced in diagnostic sales.
• Solid understanding of medical technology sales, territory management, and customer relationship development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and familiarity with digital sales campaign tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, sales strategy and business acumen to drive results.
• Conduct clinical in-service training sessions for healthcare providers on product use.
• Communicate product value within pricing and reimbursement contexts.
• Use CRM and other sales tools to track performance and manage customer engagement.
