Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the AAG Northern States region to coach advisors in growing their practices through client acquisition, net flows, and practice management. The role partners with field leaders to drive growth across geography via cohorts and learning labs.

You will analyze data, influence advisor behavior, and deliver regionally and nationally oriented content while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in sales or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive coaching to advisors in a territory to drive growth and client acquisition.
• Build cohorts and curate content to generate growth discussions.
• Deliver growth-focused learning labs and use technology to support growth.
• Travel with field leaders to territory and national functions.
