The position emphasizes hands-on market presence in Cincinnati or Columbus with about 60% travel, remote work flexibility, and a focus on delivering measurable results in a multi-state territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HVACR, professional tools, or related industry.
• Experience leading direct sales staff and independent sales agency partners.
• Proven success growing revenue and market share across multi-state territory.
• Experience selling through distributor networks and managing branch-level initiatives.
• Travel about 60% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive revenue, market share, and product penetration.
• Manage, coach, and develop Fieldpiece sales professionals and independent sales agency partners.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership, branch teams, contractors, and HVACR technicians.
• Expand product and SKU penetration throughout distributor network.
• Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and territory opportunities; act to accelerate growth.
• Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Service to support customers and regional growth.
