Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a regional or national sales management role.
• Experience delivering revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with North America growth objectives.
• Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Channel Partners to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and manage regional performance metrics and pipelines.
• Represent the company at industry events and with key customers.
