Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across Fire Equipment Distribution, Electrical, and Industrial channels in Texas and parts of Louisiana. You will engage contractors, builders, and specifiers, executing regional strategies and collaborating with distributors to grow brand presence.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Central), you will travel up to 65% annually and lead end-user engagement, ensuring alignment with product portfolios from

Qualifications

• 7+ years developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Knowledge of fire and building codes.
• Experience in Electrical and/or Fire Equipment distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Expand brand preference with contractors, builders, and specifiers.
• Educate end-users on product advantages and code compliance.
• Drive pull-through demand and align distributor execution with end-user needs.
• Support quotation activities and ensure alignment between end-user requirements and distributor execution.
• Travel up to 65% within Texas and part of Louisiana.
