Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in client meetings and case analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and solutions.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate advisors and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive advisor net flows through virtual interactions and meetings.
• Partner with internal communications teams and third-party wholesalers to align regional needs with national strategies.
• Support the creation and understanding of the region plan among key stakeholders.
• Engage experienced advisor recruits in financial advice discussions and client case analysis.
• Participate in client and advisor meetings, leveraging product experts as needed.
