Job summary

Diversified Brokerage Services (DBS), part of NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the Mid Atlantic. This fully remote role includes travel to engage clients, attend industry events, and expand business with brokers, producer groups, and national accounts.

The ideal candidate has strong life insurance experience, wholesale and point-of-sale strategy background, and will work with an internal team to achieve production goals and grow relationships

Qualifications

• Past sales and relationship management experience in life insurance.
• FINRA: Series 6 or 7, or 63 required.
• College degree or higher recommended.
• Life and Health License.

Responsibilities

• Implement key account strategies and processes with all accounts (Gold Sheet, action plan, strategic marketing plan).
• Develop existing broker/account relationships and manage recruiting for new broker/accounts.
• Regularly communicate account status to the DBS team, especially during onboarding.
• Continue development of industry knowledge, carriers, and products.
• Contribute to agency profitability and meet production goals.
• Travel within assigned region to engage clients and events.
