Job summary

QXO, North America's largest distributor and installer of insulation and building materials, seeks a Regional Safety Manager. The role focuses on promoting safe, compliant practices across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ) with up to 50% travel and emphasis on achieving zero incidents.

You'll lead the safety program within our Corporate Health & Safety department, develop training, audits, incident reporting, and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety management in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience with safety training programs and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional environmental health and safety initiatives.
• Develop and implement safety training programs.
• Conduct audits and corrective actions.
• Investigate injuries and analyze root causes.
• Monitor safety metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
