Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance across a multi-state CA-OR-WA-AZ region. Remote position with preference for CA/OR/WA/AZ residents and up to 50% travel to support operations.

Lead a proactive safety culture, conduct audits, deliver training, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory reporting to achieve zero accidents while partnering with operations and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in EHS in construction, manufacturing or distribution.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS initiatives to promote safe work practices.
• Conduct audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Deliver safety training and meetings across the region.
• Analyze incidents and drive root-cause investigations.
• Manage incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
