Job summary

QXO, North America’s leading distributor and installer of insulation and building materials, seeks a Regional Safety Manager to drive safety and compliance across a multi-state territory. This remote role focuses on zero-incident performance with strong communication and training skills.

The position requires 5+ years in safety leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications; willing to travel up to 50% and reside in CA, OR, WA, or AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with safety certifications.
• 5+ years of safety leadership in construction, manufacturing or related fields.
• Proficiency with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and safety auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Health & Safety (EHS) programs and drive safe work practices.
• Develop training programs and corrective action plans after audits.
• Monitor safety metrics, prepare reports, and communicate findings.
• Investigate injuries and determine root causes with action plans.
• Manage OSHA citations and regulatory compliance within the region.
