Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance across a multi-state territory. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, training, and policy development to achieve the goal of zero accidents and injuries.

This is a remote position with candidates residing in CO, UT, NV, NM or AZ, and up to 50% travel. Colorado or Utah locations are highly preferred. Compensation reflects extensive safety expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CSP/ASP/CHST preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and safety administration.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional safety efforts for a multi-state territory.
• Promote safe and compliant practices and drive performance.
• Develop and implement safety training programs and policies.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with operations.
• Audit safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
