Zusammenfassung

Clarios, LLC seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead the safety program across all facilities in the US-Canada region. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership to implement safety standards and drive continuous improvement in risk management and compliance.

You will provide technical guidance, oversee investigations, and mentor site EHS teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and effective incident prevention across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive safety and/or EHS experience in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, management systems (ISO preferred), risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region (approximately 25%-60%).
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching safety professionals in a multi-site organization.
• Professional certifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the Safety function across all facilities within the US-Can region.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership to implement global and regional safety standards, programs, and initiatives.
• Provide technical safety guidance to facilities within the region, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive improvements in safety performance through risk identification, trend analysis, regulatory review, and implementation of effective prevention strategies.
• Lead regional safety initiatives and projects while serving as the primary point of escalation for significant safety concerns and compliance issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate EHS performance metrics, compliance status, and improvement priorities to business and operational leadership.
