Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks a regional Safety leader to oversee the Safety function across the US-Can region, driving compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership to implement safety standards, lead incident investigations, and advance programs that protect employees and assets. Willingness to travel regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive safety/EHS experience in multi-site manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Safety function across all facilities in the US-Can region, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Clarios standards.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership to implement global/regional safety programs and initiatives.
• Drive safety performance improvements through risk analysis, regulatory review, and preventive action implementation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop, maintain, and continuously improve Safety Management Systems.
