Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Strategy to lead pricing, inventory, and distribution across a hotel portfolio from the Home Office. You will collaborate with property leadership, sales, marketing, and corporate revenue teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with RMS/PMS/CRS systems, and the ability to guide hotel teams through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably with multi-property responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, inventory, segmentation, forecasting, and distribution management.
• Proficiency with RMS, PMS, CRS, channel management platforms, STR, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to support properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, inventory, and stay restriction strategies for hotels to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Optimize mix across transient, group, contract, and wholesale segments.
• Manage room type availability, rate category controls, and distribution across channels.
• Evaluate and approve group pricing, displacement analysis, and opportunities with sales teams.
• Identify need periods, pace opportunities, and risk areas, and recommend actions to improve demand.
