Bachoco USA is seeking a Regional Retail Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Retail channel. The role manages existing retail accounts within a defined region, expands the product portfolio, and coordinates cross‑functional activities with Demand Planning, R&D, Accounts Receivable, Marketing and Procurement.

You will lead customer and broker relationships, negotiate pricing, monitor orders, and ensure programs are executed while traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years direct experience in retail sales within integrated poultry operations.
• Accountability for a broker network and relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with key customers.
• Knowledge of poultry market drivers and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Manage existing retail accounts and expand the product portfolio within an assigned region.
• Coordinate Demand Planning, Marketing, and Procurement for clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, and develop ad schedules with customers.
• Monitor order scheduling, AR, and delivery issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide regular feedback to upper management on progress and needs.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support sales goals.
